Pumpkin and Sweet Potato Lick Mat Spread


Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree (unsweetened)

  • 1/4 cup cooked sweet potato (mashed)

  • 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed (optional, for extra fiber)


Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the pumpkin puree and mashed sweet potato until smooth.

  2. Mix in the plain Greek yogurt for added creaminess.

  3. Add the flaxseed if desired.

  4. Spread the mixture evenly across the surface of a lick mat.

  5. Freeze for about 1 hour to create a long-lasting treat, or serve immediately if preferred.

  6. Let your pup enjoy licking this healthy, vitamin-rich spread!
